Postdoctoral Fellow in protein design / protein engineering

We are seeking to recruit a Postdoctoral Fellow in protein design. You will join a multi-disciplinary, multi-lab team that are developing a novel stem cell therapy, with potential for huge real-world impact. Applicants should have completed their graduate studies in one or more of the following (or related) areas:

Protein design/engineering
Cell and Molecular biology
Synthetic biology

Structural biology
Biochemistry
Molecular genetics
Systems biology

Applicants should have a broad set of molecular biology and biomolecular engineering skills, with significant experience in PCR based molecular cloning, PCR based recombination techniques, analytical method development, protein expression and purification, and DNA and viral vector design and engineering. You should be comfortable with flow-cytometry/FACS sorts, live-cell imaging, electroporation, ELISA, Western blot, gel electrophoresis, qPCR, etc. along with CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing, bacterial cloning and manipulating immortalized mammalian cell-lines.


Salary is internationally competitive and commensurate with experience.
